Welcome to the 2009-2010 School Year!

I would like to welcome you to the new school year and introduce myself as a new member of the A.I.S.D. Faculty!  My name is Jeremy Chilek and I am the new assistant principal at Arp High School.  This is my 8th year as an educator in East Texas.  My first four years were spent in Lindale I.S.D as a teacher/coach at both the middle and high school.  In 2006, I was hired as the head baseball coach at Jacksonville High School.  I spent one year in that role at Jacksonville HS, then received an assistant principal position at Jacksonville Middle School, where I've resided for the past two years. 

I am extremely excited to be in Arp, Texas!  I have been reunited with a person who has been a tremendous influence in my life as an educator, Randy Copeland.  We are looking forward to taking Arp High School to the next level and its rightful place as one of the elite schools in East Texas!
